S&F mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, Hollow or round steel tubes, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated), Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F mild steel Windows Chajja / wind ties for roof covering including screwing bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of wall/ceilng boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and incl 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection , all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L for 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws frame work as in wall panelling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully existing points wiring on surface conduit/concealed conduit for light/ fan/socket /power/ bell from wall & roof along with fitting and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, batten holders, unserviceable light fittings, piece of wires,gutties, conduit, wooden boards etc and making good the disturbed portion of all floor, ceiling etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm(22/.3mm) PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS single core stranded copper conductor for one light/fan and including metallic rigid concealed conduit medium grade 19/20 mm dia to be terminated in pressed steel terminal boxes with top cover plate including 1.5 sqmm (22/.3 mm ) PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS single core stranded copper earth continuity conductor controlled by one switch and/or one regulator complete including repairing the surfaces in CM 1:3 and finishing the surface as per existing treatment all as specified and directed (Switches and regulators shall be measured and paid for separately.) Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 connected to earthing test point including earth pit and CI cover complete all as directed and specified including testing on completion.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
