Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete as per HPPWD specification or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, or any other taxes imposed excluding GST by the Government.

Stone filling dry hand packed tightly, under floors, complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, or any other taxes imposed excluding GST by the Government.

Providing and filling brick bats/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size in soak pit complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. TThe rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, or any other taxes imposed excluding GST by the Government.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columnsas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, or any other taxes imposed excluding GST by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights and depths, heights of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, and the like floor, etcetera up to any thickness, up to all floor level and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, or any other taxes imposed excluding GST by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. So as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced concrete work Grade M-20 (Twenty) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20 N/mm2 (twenty newton) per square millimeter) with cement contents not less than 330 kg (three hundred thirty Killogramme) per cubic meter and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in up plinth lavel and the like mass concrete complete as per HPPWD specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
