Schedule 'A' Part -I ( E/M Schedule)

M & L for Tripod Chemical earthing by drilling of hole upto 250mm dia to a depth not less than 3.5m and fixed sealed maintenance free chemical filled earthing copper electrode 3.0 m long min 17.2 - 20mm dia with min length 3m - 03 Nos, including supply and installation of earth enchancing mineral compound tested for leaching and TCLP with NABL accredited Lab as per IEC 62561-7 -25Kg per bag , Earth enhancement compund of 50kg producing low resistance below 1 Ω of an earth termination system, copper bonded clamp is used to interconnect the copper earthing electrode / Rod with copper strip 20X3 mm for each hole buried directly and vertically in the hole with top edge not less than 1.25m below normal ground level connected with copper earth strip 20X3mm up to 7.5mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper connected to earthing test point and prefabricated earth pits complete all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and as directed.

[Note: The unit rate shall be deemed to include for excavation & earth work in any type of soil, copper electrode - 03 nos, copper strip, etc., prefabricated earthing pit duely approved by Chemical earthing OEM & Engineer-in-charge, refilling the earthing hole, earthing electrode copper bonded clamp, Chemicals, etc including earthing lead for interconnected with copper strip to earthing electrode and upto 7.5m copper strip earthing pit to test point terminal box complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and all as per manufacturers instructions and test certificate of earthing reading submitted to Engineer-in-charge duely signed by OEM and contractor, chemical used in each earthing not less than 50Kg per electrode.]

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip of size 20 x 3 mm by means of brass bolts nuts, check nut and washers and including copper strip from earthing electrode / earthpits to test point terminal box upto 7.5 m long and GI tubing 40 mm bore, light grade for earth lead protection up to main earth test point and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) typeC 1 pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 400 x 400 x 50 mm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, wire mash, 20 mm bore GI tubing(L. G.) for watering ,charcoal or coal and salt in alternate layers including excavation,return filling & spreading earth works all as directed in Electrical plate no 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and testing on completion. Note:- Copper strip and test point terminal are to be bonded by brazing.

Supply and fixing copper strip of size 20X 3 mm with saddles with required porcelian insulator , fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Test Point Terminal Box of size 200 X 100 X 100mm made out of 2mm thick hot dip galvanised sheet, drilled and screwed including 6 Nos 15mm long hexagonal head screws complete with Test Point Terminal Block made of Gun Metal or Phosphorus Bronze of size 75 X 75 X 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

GI pipe, 40mm bore, Light grade for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead protection laid in trenches or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for cutting existing road/PCC/drain for laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:3:6 type CI using 20mm graded aggregates complete all as specified and as directed.
