Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor (unreinforced) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as per thedirection of Engg-in-charge .

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any ( N.exc 4 kg ) as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

Excavating in trenches/pot holes, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

M & L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

S&F of formwork in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

Providing P.C.C type-1 graded M15 mixed (1:2:4 ) using 20 mm graded coarse aggregate as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

S&F of Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

S&F of Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A) compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc.

S&F of Steel work in tubular trusses and purlin including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

S & F of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, lenghth of bolt up to 300mm long as per the direction of Engg-in-charge . (Diameter of neck 16 to 20mm)

S&F of Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

Preparation of new or previously untreated iron Surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over one coat of primer with red oxide, of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1: 4. ( with modular bricks) includung curing etc as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

M & L for rendering 12mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster ( 1:4) on wall. as per direction of Engg-in-charge .

Preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastred new surfaces on walls and applying two coats of white washing as per the direction of Engineering-in-charge.
