Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for Virified Ceramic double charges tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles double charge 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match vertical surfaces, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whiter or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for suspended false ceilling system using metalic exposed suspende system, grid section size 600mm x 600mm comprising of GI powder coated main runner of dimension 39 mm x 24mm x 0.80mm thick ( thickness comprising of GI/0.4+ PPPCGS/0.3mm & weight of Runner 1.35 kg for 3600mm length) Cross Tee of dimensions 29mm X 24mm x 0.8 mm thick wall angle 22.2mm x22.2mm x 0.65 mm thick ( thickness comprising of GI/0.35 + PPPCGS/0.3 mm & Weight of angle 0.70 kg for 3050 mm length) with and including 6 mm thick designed prepainted calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mm x 600mm grid ( placed in the grid system duly suspended with 4 mm dia G I bars hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins of the roof with necessary fittings and fixtures etc complete all as directed.

S&F hollow PVC Wall panneling with designed/printed panels having wide of 300mm including necessary caping/fillets at top, bottom and junctions/corners of wall where ever required as per site etc complete all as per specified and directed.

Taking down tar felt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc.500m and n. exc. 1.5 KM incl removal of finishes up to mother slab complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of cement concrete of any size, position and any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound and laid on RCC slab as base layer for roof treatment roughening the top surface of concrete by using broom sticks while the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.(NOTE : water proofing compound paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A').

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) 10 mm th cement plaster in CM 1:4 with integral WPC to be laid over the RCC roof slab when the concrete is green. (b) Applying a uniform coat of bitumen primer @ 0.70 kg/sqm over cement plaster. (c) 3 mm thick plain texture and weighing not less than 3.5 kg/sqm Atactic Polypropylene Polymer (APP) modified bitumen based prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished over compatible primer at 0.4 Ltr / sqm of density at 25 degree centigrade 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ltr and viscosity 70-160 cps or cold sticker and torch application of membrane with overlap while torching shall be 150 mm on length side and 100 mm on width side. after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturers instructions. (d) Apply two coats of bitumastic - aluminium paint over the membrane.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.
