The niche-role billing convention prescribed under Annexure 2, Note 2 of the Letter of Empanelment (LoE), whereby niche roles shall be billed at 1.5× the AI/ML Engineer rate; and 2. Annual rate revision mechanism prescribed under Annexure 2, Note 4 of the LoE, permitting a rate revision of up to 10% per annum, in accordance with the terms of the LoE. 3. Acceptance of all clauses in LoE. We understand that failure to comply with this undertaking may result in rejection of our bid and/or forfeiture of bid security, as applicable.
