Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil nala silt (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m and lead up to 30M and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches

Concrete with 4 cm gauge stone ballast find sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in porportion of 10:5:1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Supply of 80 mm thick I shapped mechanically interlocking cement concrete pavers block manufactured by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) with minimum 5 mm thick topping of O.P cement mixed less than 30 MPa & 4.5 kg/no. including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Same as above item-4 but supper structure one brick thick wall

12 mm thick plaster with one part cement and four part coarse sand over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .
