Development of Landscaping along with maintenance of Horticulture Centre cum Holiday Home, VPA Guest House at Araku valley for a period of 3 years

Supplying of Security guard without gun (8 hours shift duty per day) for watch and ward round the clock and also to attend the Misellaneous works at Horticultural Centre-cum-Holiday Home at Araku etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete.

Supply of labour (unskilled) for maintenance of lawns and gardens and to work in any site conditions etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge,complete.

Supply of labour (unskilled) of Gardeners for maintenance of Guest House premises round the clock and also to attend the misc. works at Horticultural Centre-cum-Holiday Home at Araku etc..,as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge,complete.

Hedge/Shrub planting: Digging the trench of size 0.3 meters depth, refilling with red garden soil including cost of red garden soil and farmyard manure at 4:1ratio, and pesticides etc (@ 20gms/pit/sqmt) and it including the application of fertilizers, labour charges, required tools, overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of fertilizers @20 gms/pit/sqmt) and plant material etc., unit 1sqmt of work. (Red garden soil in this context it is defined as sandy loamy soil congenial for plant growth which shall be of light textured, crystalline, porous and friable, fertile, slightly acidic or neutral as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete including all labour and tools.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site of work etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying, stacking and spreading 6 mm thick red bajri, watering and rolling complete including preparation of the surface and rolling with road roller/hand roller etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Cleaning jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30cm measured at a height of 1m ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.
