L.I.S Kanispora: Repairs to 100HP star delta starter of L.I.S Kanispora by way of: Providing and fitting of fixed copper contact points (complete set). Providing and fitting of movable copper contact points (complete set). Repairs to the handle mechanism by way of providing and fitting of damaged tension springs, nuts and allied accessories. Repairs to the trip coil mechanism by way of providing and fitting of magnetic trip coil 415 volt AC. The job involves dragging, loading and transportation up to workshop and back to site after repairs and testing on full load.

L.I.S Delina Main Repairs to 150 HP ATS Starter of L.I.S Delina Main by way of disconnecting of fully automatic Autotransformer Starter from the main circuit dismantling of damaged parts from the starter which comprises of following job. Providing/fitting & Testing of Single Phase preventer with Phase unbalance phase failure Phase Reversal protection relay voltage range 415V Ac 50Hz.(01 no) Providing and fitting bush button switches both start and stop with limit switches complete set. Providing & fitting of 25Amp fuse switch (02 no) for the completion of work.

L.I.S KANISPORA Repairs to 250KVA H.T transformer of L.I.S Kanispora by way lowering down it from bed with the help of tractor & channels, shifting it to a area were chain pulley block is installed for opening the lid of transformer and replaced damaged Bush rod/bush cup (two no) from L.T side & one from H.T side with the help of skilled labour. The job also includes the charge of re-tapping inside H.T/L.T connections & filling of fresh T-oil 20 litre for topping.

LIS Darpora Fabrication of new spindle & wedge nut out of SS-410 solid shaft raw material for 250mm dia sluice valve (02no) of Darpora lift irrigation scheme. The job includes machining process for fabrication of said spindle & wedge nut. All work should be done by using skilled labous. The job includes P/F of palmative packing & R.I cloth washers as per requirement. The job also include the charge for shifting of damaged spindle & wedge nut to private work shop in private load carrier for sample & shifting new spindle & wedge nut for the completion of work. The job also includes testing of said job on load at site The job also involve the charge for repairs to 300 mm dia foot valve of pumping unit no.01 by way of dismantling it from suction side pipe with the help of manual labour and other tools & tackles, loading in private load carrier to private workshop for repairs, then replacement of weight plate, hinges, & washers as per sample .The job also include the charges for p/f of new strainer, nuts & bolts as per requirement. Then shifting back to site in private load carrier, fitted repaired foot valve with suction side pipe carefully and tested on full load.

L.I.S Delina Main. P/F and testing of TC-18 coupling set complete for end suction pumping unit inside pump house for lift irrigation scheme Delina Main along with rubber tyre. The job also includes the charge of making holes for proper matching of coupling set.

L.I.S Shahkhata Repairs to 150 mm dia foot valve of lift irrigation scheme Shahkhata by way of dismantling it from suction side pipe with the help of manual labour and other tools & tackles, loading in private load carrier to private workshop for repairs, then replacement of weight plate, hinges, & washers as per sample .The job also include the charges for p/f of new strainer, nuts & bolts as per requirement. Then shifting back to site in private load carrier, fitted repaired foot valve with suction side pipe carefully and tested on full load. The job includes repair to 150mm dia M.S suction pipe at damaged spot by way of welding work at site with the help of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labour, electrodes, Nuts& bolts, flanges(02 no) and skilled welder for completing of work. The job involves the hire charge for repairs to damaged cement concrete block by way of hiring bajari, cement & sand as per requirement and mix in the ratio 1:2:4 for the completion of work.

L.I.S Delina Ghat P/F and testing of TC-16 coupling set complete for end suction pumping unit inside pump house for lift irrigation scheme Delina Main along with rubber tyre. The job also includes the charge of making holes for proper matching of coupling set.
