Taking down old UNSV LT panel from the site and make complete good to disturbed sufaces all as specified and directed by EIC. Note:- Items recived from the LT Panel viz MCCB will be the property of MES except the panel Body and bus bar

Material and labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less less than 1.5 mtr filled around with 15 cm thick alternate layers of charcoal dust and salt and connected to earth lead 32x6mm by means of bolt, nut and check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimble and other ends of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm bore and watering pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel and wire mesh, pcc 1:3:6 type C-1 in chambers RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bars 15cm center to center both ways all as directed by Engr-In-Charge, complete all as shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I of 2010

Supply and fix 63 KVA micro processor based digital display Servo controlled voltage stabilizer for atomatic operation, suitable for 3-phase, 4 wires, unbalanced voltage, unbalanced load, copper wound and copper wired in powder coated enclosure three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 300 Volt to 480 Volt with output voltage stabilized at 415 Volt with accuracy of +- 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second complete with protection of high & low voltage cut off relays, single phase & phase reversal cut off relays, incl first fill up of oil all as specified. Note : The Servo controlled voltage stabilizer shall be of any of the makes specified under 'List of approved makes' attached here-in-after in these tender documents.

Supply & fix off load change over of capacity 320 Amps with side handle and enclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In-charge

Supply only synthetic insulation mat of size 2mtrx1mtrx25mm all as specified and directed by Engr- In- charge.

Supply & laying of 40 mm bore Mild steel galvanized steel tubing with screwed socket joints, Light grade, together with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.) and laid in trenches including , screwing and waste and for forged bends on piping as required , cutting through walls, floors and their making good to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Dedcuct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 1440.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
