Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual of various equipments and technical specification including shifting of material/equipments from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. (a) 245 KV CB with its structure.

(d) 245 KV BI with its operating mechanism (motorized)

(e) 245 KV LI with its operating mechanism (motorized)

(f) 245 KV TI with its operating mechanism (motorized)

(g) 198 KV LA with surge counter.

(h) 220 KV Simplex control & relay panel (SAS Based)

(i) 220 KV Post Insulator

(j) 245 KV CT Junction Box

(k) 245 KV PT/CVT Junction Box

Erection of Main & Auxiliary structure of 220 KV bays as per drawing and tightening of nuts and bolts with proper alignment including shifting of structure from store to site and proper stacking.

Sorting and stacking of main & auxiliary structure

Making hole in part of GI main/auxiliary structure/ cutting of GI angle drilling of hole existing/defective structure/plate/angle and grinding machine with all cost of men, T&P etc.

Cutting, strengthening, bending, laying 700 mm. below in ground and above ground of following size of MS Flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipment structure etc. including welding with main earth mat and with object to be earthed/excavation of trenches its back filling. (a) 75x10mm

Preparation of cable schedule of 220 KV Bays.
