M & L for removing of Soil and Debris from Shallow Well of 5.5 metre Dia and 7.50 metre Depth by emptying all dirty / muddy water from the tanks using Diesel / Electric Driven Non-Clogging Pumps, removing the Scale / Sludge / Mud / Algae formed including other foreign materials got deposited on sides of walls and bottom of the tanks by scrapping and brushing with wire brush, cleaning with pressure pump, washing with bleaching powder slurry and allowing to dry and then washing and cleaning the tank with fresh water, applying two coats of white wash on all internal surfaces and writing the details of tanks like Date of Cleaning, Capacity of Tank and Due Date for Next Cleaning etc. on the out side of the tank with Synthetic Enamel Paint with letters of size 20 cm high, 10cm width in White colour over Black background of size 1000 X 600mm including cleaning of bottom surfaces of platform, replacement of unserviceable / defective inlet and outlet coupling and fittings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
M7 L for Cleaning of E/M Installation [Pump House] including clearing of vegetation, wild growth and trimming of Grass / Shrubs / Plants / Trees etc. around the installation compound to upkeep of the installations in neat and tidy conditions complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside [or lowering if required] for repairs, cleaning, etc. including Cleaning and removing all scale dirt etc from mouths of circulating pipes of water tanks etc of 250 to 500 Litres Capacity located at various places at any height by removing the inlet and outlet coupling connections, emptying all dirty / muddy water from the tanks, removing the Scale / Sludge / Mud / Algae formed including other foreign materials got deposited on sides of walls and bottom of the tanks by scrapping and brushing with wire brush, cleaning with pressure pump, washing with bleaching powder slurry and allowing to dry and then washing and cleaning the tank with fresh water and writing the details of tanks like Date of Cleaning, Capacity of Tank and Due Date for Next Cleaning etc. on the out side of the tank with Synthetic Enamel Paint with letters of size 20 cm high, 10cm width in Black colour over White background of size 400 X 200mm including cleaning of bottom surfaces of platform, replacement of unserviceable / defective inlet and outlet coupling and fittings etc. reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.
All as per Serial Item No. 46 above but of capacity exceeding 500 Litres and not exceeding 1000 Litres complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Testing of Water Samples both at Inlet Water supplied by / received from GVMC and Outlet Water at Consumer End for all parameters as per IS – 10500 from NABL Accredited Laboratory and submitting the test report including remedial measures if required complete all as specified and as directed. Note: One Sample is consider as One Job and the Testing shall be carried out once in a Month or at regular Intervals as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.
Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound [ISI marked] of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.
