S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts exc 10 cm and n exc 15cm long (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads to one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new surface of steel of any description, over 10cm width or girth not other wise described and appliying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square / rectangular) light shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick, light grade (square / rectangular) polished on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

25mm thick, plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of floor / path surfaces finished even & rough to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
