Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Bacteria test for Bacteria free and safe for storage of drinking water.(Sample to be collected at random jointly by CRPF representative and vandor from cleaning & disinfected tank), Test from National Test house at Kolkata/west bengal public health engineering department/ jadavpur University Department.(Following tests might be included:- Odour, Taste, pH Value, Turbidity, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Total Suspended Solids, Total Hardness as CaCO3, Total Alkalinity as CaCO3, Chloride as Cl, Iron (as Fe), Total Coliform, Fecal Coliform, Total Arsenic. )

Water testing charges for reporting of portability of water to be submitted after every three (3) months address to Officer In charge of the work from any Govt. approved Testing Laboratory. Test from National Test house at Kolkata/west bengal public health engineering department/ jadavpur University Department. (Following tests might be included:- Odour, pH Value, Turbidity, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS),Total Hardness, Total Alkalinity, Chloride as Cl, Iron (as Fe), Total Coliform, Fecal Coliform, Total Arsenic. )

Repairing and overhauling of Double Deck Iron Removal Filtration Plant as the following :-

Unloading of exhausted filter media from the lower deck and MnO2 lamp from the upper deck of the iron removal filter with proper care etc as required all complete.

Through checking of existing PVC strainers carefully and properly and replacing of the same by supplying new PVC double nut screwed type strainers for proper function as required.

Supplying and loading of live catalytic assorted chemically charged filtering media 25 Bags to the lower deck of the Double Deck iron removal filter.

Supplying and loading of live MnO2 lamp 650 kgs. to the upper deck of the double deck iron removal filter.

Supplying and loading of live MnO2 lump to the aeration chamber 150 kgs.

Thorough scrapping, cleaning, washing inside of the vessels properly

Dismantling of all C.I sluice valves from the existing position and repairing of the same by replacing / repairing gland packing, square check nut, housing, collar gland, machining of gate if required, re-fixing of same after properly greasing, in the existing position etc as required all complete. (with 05 Nos New C.I sluice valves)

Checking and repairing of Air Compressor I/C compressor head, air receiver tank, V-belt, pully, non return valve, motor, starter, cleaning and painting of the Air Compressor, refilling of compressor oil, etc all complete.

Through scrapping, cleaning, washing out side of the vessels, valves, Aeration Chamber, properly and painting initially with zinc chromate primer and finally with synthetic enamel paint of approved shed and make etc as required all complete.

Re commissioning of the total plant.

Cleaning of plant site by mechanical means for removing of dismantled rubbish sand and unserviceable materials etc as per the instruction of site in charge.

Changing of defective fabricated pipe line 50 mm dia MS I/C MS Flange as per BS-10 T-D, Sockets, nut bolt washers, etc as per the existing sample fitted with the plant all complete.

Changing of defective fabricated Oxidation Chamber of MS I/C MS Flange as per BS-10 T-D, Sockets, nut bolt washers, etc as per the existing sample fitted with the plant all complete.

Changing of defective Gasket, Nut Bolts, Pressure gauge meter, and Sampling cock, etc as per the existing sample fitted with the plant all complete.
