Brick work with subclass 'B'bricks,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection 75mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping / benching etc including necessary formwork / moulds, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on bricks on concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over 15 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey camant slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete for tread of staircase after roughing surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping down with water to remove dust etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete for risers of staircase incl rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and finished rough, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats of frames not exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 15 here-in-before, but exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm(without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick factory made plain framed panelled shutters of 2nd class hard wood two panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I) Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated factory made shutters wood is to be incorporated, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F pressed steel frame made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick of size 105x60 mm for doors/windows with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in back filling of chowkhat, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and refixing exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of cable ceiling rose/connector to fan, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor of size 10sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apartincluding4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
