New Coldroom 1 and 2 - Export Cargo

SITC of 6 kW DX Split unit for the cold room 1 at the Export cargo. The room temperature to be maintained is 2-8 °C. The ambient temperature to be considered is 40 °C. Each indoor unit (COIL: Al fin and Cu tube) shall contain min 2 fans of min 300mm. Refrigerant shall be R404a/R407c. The outdoor unit shall contain Hermitically sealed Scroll compressors. It should contain a suitably rated starter panel, and power wiring from DB/isolator with all accessories.The compressor on/off based on the load shall be controlled by a microprocessor-based control panel with an automatic digital display of temperature and humidity and shall be provided near the sliding door in each compartment. It sjhall also includes up to 20ft of interconnecting pipe and wire between each Indoor and Outdoor unit. Insulation for pipelines should be 25mm thick closed cell elastomeric class 0 insulation with 7 mils woven fibreglass cloth covering adhered between two coats of fungicidal protective coating. CPVC drain pipe of suitable size connecting drain lines from indoor to drain sump outside the building with suitable insulation. Platforms for Indoor and Outdoor units shall be with vibration isolator pads. Both the Indoor and Outdoor unit cabin should be made of PCGI casing and the Outdoor unit should be IP54 rated. Charging of gas, and safety devices like thermal protectors, pressure relief valves, overload relays, single phase preventers, high-low pressure cut off, earth connections, DB, and Power sockets as per Kerala State Electricals Inspectorate guidelines suitable for 3-phase 440v incomer supply. SITC of Wall and Ceiling Insulation panels for Cold Rooms 1 and 2 at the Export cargo. Pre-fabricated panels with RPUF of a minimum density of 40kg/m3 should be used. It should have heat conductivity less than 0.023 W/m°C at 10°C. The panel should be of a thickness of 80mm. The material used to sandwich RPUF should be PPGI sheets of 0.5mm thickness. Panel-to-panel locks shall be cam-lock with tongue and groove assembly. 90° Corner panels should be used for corners. The wall-to-ceiling joinery shall be held using flashing from inside and outside. All joints should be silicon-sealed. The panel should have grooves for increased strength. RPUF material should strictly adhere to the IS standard 661. The panels shall have Fire self-extinguishing/Fire-resistance/ Fire retardant properties. Room size of C1 is: 4m*2.5m*3.5m (L*W*H) Room size of C2 is: 4m*5m*3.5m (L*W*H)

SITC of Floor Insulation panels for Cold Rooms 1 and 2 at the Export cargo. The flooring shall be a 60 mm PUF slab with a Tar felt sheet of minimum 2mm thickness (concrete flooring, customer scope).

Airtight heavy-duty sealing sweep gasket below door with a double sweep. Posi seal closure for firm shut. Safety systems such as a safety release knob inside should be provided. The door should have a vacuumed vision panel of size 300 mm*300 mm. The dimension of the door opening is 1.5m*2.2m (W*H)
