1 Disconnection the HT & LT connection of 800 KVA & 250 KVA existing indoor / outdoor type transformer from plinth mounted and transportation to factory from site and the same back at site and mounting and connection on load properly 2 Each Job 2 Labour only for strip opening of transformer of 800 KVA and taking out coil and core assemble including testing of present electric strength of transformer oil and reassemble the same complete after necessary repair. 1 Each Job 3 Labour only for strip opening of transformer of 250KVA and taking out coil and core assembly including testing of present electric strength of transformer oil and reassemble the same complete after necessary repair. 1 Each Job 4 Material for rewinding of HT side defective coil of transformer 800 KVA with copper winding wire as per actule gauge required data including insulating materials such as cotton tape packing material and sleeves etc varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil core assemble for copper wound transformer complete. 60 KG 5 Material for rewinding of HT side defective coils of transformers 250 KVA with copper winding wire as per actual gauge required data including insulating materials such as cotton tape packing material and sleeves etc varnishing by vaccum impregnating and baking of coil core assembly for copper wound transformer complete. 25 KG 6 Material for rewinding of LT side defective coils of transformer 250 KVA with copper winding wire as per actule gauge required date including insulating materials such as cotton tape packing material and sleeves etc varnishing by vaccum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for copper wound transformer complete. 85 KG 7 Material for rewinding LT side defective coils of transformer 250 KVA with copper winding wire as per actule gauge required data including insulating materials such as cotton tape packing material and sleeves etc varnishing by vaccum impregnation and baking of coil core assemble for copper wound transformer complete. 52 KG 8 Supply and pouring transformers oil for transformer topping up after dehydration to achive the die electric strength of 45 KV complete. 170 Ltrs 9 M&L for top gasket as per required size of 800 & 250 KVA transformer. 2 Each 10 M&L for bushing gasket as per required size of 800 & 250 KVA transformer. 8 Each
