Laboratory Single Reagent Shelf for Acids & Chemicals Single Sided Reagent Shelf 2-tier size 150mm wide shelf size should be complete modular design with adjustable shelves. Each reagent rack pillar should be of 700mm (H) x 120mm(D) x 50mm(W) size made from 100 x 50 Rectangular Sheet metal Slotted section of 1.2mm thickness on both sides of the pillar. Shelves of the reagent shelf should habe brackets fitted in the pillar slots for adjustments. It should have provision for removable Cover for easy access during repair of hidden parts. Shelves frame should be made from 1mm thick Sheet metal fitted on angle profile to rest the Granite/PRL/Glass Sheet/1mm GPSP sheet. Electrical trunking should made from 0.8mm thick GPSP Sheet with cutouts for Switch/Sockets and other accessories and provision for gas line to pass through. Each component should have 70-80 micron epoxy powder coating resistant to corrosion. Provision for gas distribution should be made in the reagent trunking.
SITC, providing and fixing 1500 Fume Hood Apparatus General Description The fume hood system should complete in all aspects with modern and dynamic and ergonomic design including the polypropylene FRP ducting, PP Blower system, PP+FRP chemical resistant wet scrubbing system for fume treatment before exhaust. The fume hood ducting should be strictly as per the approved drawing and layout by the committee. Vendor must submit the layout for approval before the start of the supply and commissioning. Fume hood should be a single body design for full height upto 2350mm constructed in heavy structure made of 1.2mm sheet GPSP/GI sheet metal frame. The whole unit should be supported with internal frame structures in 1.6mm sheet metal supports. Overall dimensions of the fume hood system should be 1500mm (W) x 900mm (D) 2350mm (H). One anemometer must also be supplied with equipment.
Fume Hood Body: System should be single body type design constructed from GI sheet metal only. The main body of the system should not in two piece design i.e upper structure and lower structure. Both lateral sides of the system should have provision for two open able panels for easy maintenance of gas and water utilities. The back panel should also be possible to remove and open. Reaction Monitoring Interface Device- The fume hood must include an in built interface with devices which are capable of controlling the heating process of at least four reactions simultaneously within a specified time frame. The temperature range should be (ambient to 250°C) and the time should be from 0 to 999 minutes with a precision of ±1 oc. The heating process will stop automatically upon process completion. Sash System: Fume hood should have an electronically controlled sash system which should work in synchronization with the air flow monitoring of the system. Sash should have sliding mechanism on front pillars. Lubrication free sash system should be vertically sliding on the front pillars pulley system with linear dry bearings on anodized aluminum profile having 30-40mm width and 700 N static load rating along with belts/wire driven with counter weight balance. The counter weight must not be visible at the back side of the system. The back panel should be open able for maintenance. The frame of Sash should be 1mm GPSP/GI sheet metal with 50mm wide frame rim size fitted with 5-6 mm thick toughened glass. Sash should not be visible on the top of the fume hood system when open. Sash moving mechanism should have provision to upgrade to automatic sensor based opening and closing at site by the manufacturer/supplier. Sash handles must be rust resistant.Minimum Inside chamber dimension and design: Free-standing rigid frame structure of steel (GPSP/GI only) 1.2mm and 1.6mm respectively shall be provided to support exterior panels and interior liners & baffle panels. The inner chamber should be having off white color backalite/HPL 12mm sheet duly sealed with epoxy at the joints. Inner Liner: Interior liner panels must have minimum 12 thick phenolic resin high pressure laminate or 12mm backalite fixed on GPSP/GI sheet metal frame from outer side panels using stainless steel screws with plastic covered heads. Front Utilities Pillars & Facia: Fume hood system should have continuous front facia pillars with 4 cut-out with removable cover on each side for hosing the gas, water and electrical and other utilities. Baffle: A stable, non-adjustable baffle shall be provided to aid in distributing the flow of air into and through the hood. The design of the baffle should be ergonomic. The baffle shall be spaced out 3-4 inches from the back wall of hood. The baffle shall be removable for cleaning. Air foil: A streamlined airfoil shall be integral at the bottom of the hood opening on bench and distillation hoods. This foil shall provide a nominal 1” open space between the foil and the top front edge of the work surface to direct an air stream across the work surface to prevent back flow of air. The air foil mist have slotted cutouts for smooth flow of air when sash is closed. Air Volume: System should be having Constant Air Volume at 100 fpm (feet per min.) is 630 cfm (cubic feet per minute) or better. Air Velocity Monitoring System: System should be having TEL/Siemens or equivalent air flow monitoring system, make Tel/Siemens.
Utilities: System should have remotely controlled gas and water fittings & utility services includes Nitrogen, Vacuum, Water remote control valves controlled by extension rods projecting through the control panels of the hood, with colour coded plastic handles. Interior fitting for gases and water shall SS 304 grade seamless tubing. All utilities valves can be controlled independently and Gas fitting -7 bar and water fitting-10 bar Make: Water Saver/Broen/ToF Italy/KL Lab/RW Utilities Maintenance: For easy maintenance and replacements of gas and water utilities, the interior liner panels shall be removable without disassembly of the frame structure and outer steel panels. Worktop: 18mm (±1mm) Z black granite. Electrical Fittings: a. 5/15 amps single phase socket with 16 amps MCB-2 no, b. Internal wiring complete c. LED light with ON-OFF switch d. Blower on-off switch e. ELCB for safety Purpose, f. Emergency on-off switch for entire unit, g. Top Panel light indicators if the system is on or off. Note: The electrical fittings should be such that the sockets are fitted in side the fume hood chamber and switch for on off and MCB should be mounted on the outside panel of the fume hood below air foil plate.
Apparatus Grid: Should have adjustable SS 316 grade solid 12mm thick powder coated grid in the fume hood system. • Drip Sink: System should be having a cup sink with panel mounted water tap and controller. • Base Cabinet: The base cabinets must be plinth design. The whole unit should be constructed from virgin GPSP/GI sheet metal of 0.9mm thickness (thickness of sheet metal should be calculated without powder coating and powder coating must be 70-80 microns 100% pure epoxy powder coated meeting the SEFA 8M standards of test and procedures. The cabinets should be available in double shutter and single shutter configurations fitted with SS304 matt finish (stainless steel) 75 X 10, Stainless Steel L – Type butt hinges along with along with rolling catcher. Shutter should be able to withstand minimum 25kg load. It should be fitted with high quality hafele/Hettich or equivalent sliding channels with 40,000 life cycle test operation complying DIN EN 15706:2009-08 DIN EN 14749: 2005-11, DINEN 14074/DINEN 14071/2/3 supported with a test certificate. SEFA load bearing standards must be followed for cabinets. The shutter should have sandwiched construction with sound damper strips. Damper: Fume Hood should have a damper for fume exhaust and connecting to the PP FRP ducting with provision to open and close as and when required.
Compliance & Certifications: The manufacturer should be having ISO 45001:2018, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015. The fume hood system should be fabricated as per ASHRAE/EN test procedure and protocols.
Ducted Chemical Storage Unit Complete with all accessories Providing and Fixing CHEMICAL STORAGE CABINETS as per following specifications:- MS Chemical Storage Cabinet 1000 x 486 x 1800mm : 1.2mm thick made of GPSP with epoxy coating (60-70 micron). All flanges are to be matched with M8, GI fasteners and flat washers on both the sides. 90 degrees bend of 10-12 inches, U-clamps for Rigid Duct 10-12 inches, Flange 10mm thick round with fasteners PP+FRP for 10-12” duct, Hanging MS Support for Rigid Duct 10-12", Flexible Bellow for the blower, Raincowl for blower system, Inlet Transition for blower system, per Running meter cost should be mentioned.
