Demolation of reinforced cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

Demolation Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation of Un-reinforced cement Concrete in any position and of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work ( Laid in Flat or Edges), or brick tiles in floors,channels or Kerbs built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar ,approns etc. beded and pointed in any layer(each layer) in any morter complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as in door, gates etc and similar works complete all as directed .

Taking down cement plaster on Brick wall or stone wall & ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in hard/dense post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,complete all as specified and directed

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

S & F Mild steel bolts. purpose made. with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. Exc 30cm long complete all as specified and direted

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated surfaces of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying Two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding and footpath finished even and rough to receive finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed ,pre-polished and chemically treated, smooth finished ,exterior graded coloured cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22-25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with gray cement and pigments in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick M-35 grade factory made vibratory compected cement concrete rubber moulded, interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over and including 25mm thick consolidated sand cushion and joints filled with sand including demolition of old paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with Locally available best quality bricks , laid on edges on top surfaces of drains,bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) and Pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with Locally available best quality bricks , laid flat on verticle inclined sides of drains,bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) and Pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork flat fair finished to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work vertical or to batter complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement morter 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for high tensile 550 MPA yield strength Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering The sheet shall have a hot dip metallic zinc aluminium alloy coating of zinc 43.5%, aluminium (55%)and silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides. Covered width will be 1020mm and sheet length as per site requirement. The profile is having return leg for proper side lap. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self capping screws with EDPM seal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 and painting one shop of zinck chromimum pimer paint including preparation of surfaces at contractor workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Rolled sections conforming to Fe -410 (Gde E- 250)as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed .

S&F flat iron bent to shape, holes drilled etc complete as in wind tie etc. including one coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of grade Fe410W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
