Taking down shutter and refixing in same opening, shutters of any description exc. 1.00 Sqm but not exc. 2.00 Sqm each after necessary repair work including easing and adjusting, complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreiforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc.15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path/ hard standing, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood in scantling, clean sawn as in unframed work including dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 20mm thick 2nd class hard wood boarding, clean sawn with butt joints, fixed with nails including dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of CGI roof sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete al as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in filling gaps between roofing sheets and walls (Gap size 60 mm wide and 40mm-60 mm deep), rounded or chamfered on edges, including demolition of existing cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605 mm x 605 mm as per clause 10.38 of SSR Part-I (2009) including 6 mm thick, high pressure steam cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid to aluminium framework with screws including dismantling existing wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation,etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/blankets, any thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, non- skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc. 0.11sqm but not exc. 0.18sqm, conforming to IS 15622, Grade B IIa, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 450 X 300 X 7mm thick, conforming to IS 15622,Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc. 0.18sqm but not exc. 0.36sqm, conforming to IS 15622, Grade B IIa, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment, 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) including dismantling of floor tiles and cement mortar screed bedding, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item).

Materials and labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair face of brickwork or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over and including 1mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion, on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing new surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004 Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/ 10Sqm on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for washing, rubbing down and stopping of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004 Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10Sqm on walls complete all as specified and as directed.
