Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, de-watering and/or removal of slush and incidentals, lift upto any heights, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs (Three meters) clear from the edge of excavation and then retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter)layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement isto five sand isto ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts. Random rubble masonry/ polygonal rubble masonry (un-coursed/ brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : twelve graded crushed/ broken stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) and curing complete, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges. The rate includes, royality charges, octroi, GST sale tax, malkana and all other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Brick work using Second class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) buildings bricks of class designation 7.5 in super-structure above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights. below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation footings, basis of columns etcetera and mass concrete, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying Tor steel of SAIL/ TISCO/ JINDAL/ KAMDHENU/ SHYAM STEEL reinforcement for thermo mechanically coated bars of grade Fe500D for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals for its completion up to all floor level complete as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying 6mm (six millimeter) thick cement plaster to ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand), up to all floor level complete as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying 15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in single coat on rough/ fair side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 5.5mm (five point five milimetre) thick Ceramic/Spartic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (three hundred X three hundred mili metre) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (one Cement : four Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etcetra complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The sample of tiles shall be got approved from engineer incharge before use.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300x450 mm (three hundred X four hundred fifty mili metre) Restile/ Nitco/ Rak/ Simpolo/ AGL/ Kajaria/ Johnson/ Orient bell/ Somany conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etcetra complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Distempering with 1st quality acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, two coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Painting wood work Two or more coat with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. applied at the rate 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (Zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over previously painted wood of approved brand and manufacture as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Removing old paint from steel and other surface and making the surface even with hand scraping as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Painting two or more coat with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. applied at the rate 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (Zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over previously painted steel surface,of approved brand and manufacture as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of Restile/ Nitco/ Rak/ Simpolo/ AGL/ Kajaria/ Johnson/ Orient bell/ Somany of 600x600x10mm (Six hundred millimetre into six hundred millimetre into ten millimetre) size manufactured of approved shade and colour with water absorption less than 0.08% (Zero point zero eight percent) and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm (Twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry at the rate 3.3 kg/ sqm (Three point three kilogram per square metre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etcetra complete as per approved drawing, design and specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture on ecorated wall surfaces (one Coats )to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matters etc. including sand paper smooth as required within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 35mm thick shutters panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
