Supplying and fixing in position of Alu. Anodised Partition with 62x38x2mm extruded box section at bottom vertical and horizontal members. The vertical member are spaced at 90 cm c/c and to horizontal members are spaced at 1.2M, 2.1M and 2.4M height the bottom panels should be covered with 12 mm thick PLB exterior grade and the top and middle panels should be fixed at 4mm thick glass thick glass with necessary glassing clips.rubber beading, etc., including necessary dismantling holes in RCC columns, beams masonry wherever necessary with power power drill ti the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the departmental officers. All the Aluminium sections should be anodised to 1.5microns as per ISI specification 1868/1962.

Clips, Best double action floor springs, Aluminium Handles on both sides,floor stopper,Tower bolt, Locks and glass including all materials, Labour, power consemption charges required for fabrication if necessary chipping, dismantling making necessary holes in RCC Coloums, Beams or Masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing etc.,complete. The Alumi. surface must be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with IS specification 1868 / 1962 of Anodic filthickness of not less than 15 Microns (Fifteen) for all sections.

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Plastering with CM 1:3, mix 12mm thick for including all cost of all materials labour lead lift curing etc complete.

Supplying, Fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) equivalent Gyp Board FALSE CELING upto a ceiling height of 4.50 m from floor level using Hilux board Perforated sheet 10mm thick which includes shaped GI channels of size 25 x 25 x 0.50 mm thick suspended from ceilling at 1.2 m both longitudinal and cross vertical support and fixing shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm and 150 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60m centre longitudinal and cross difrection for vertical supports and fixing U shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm thick and 50 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60 m centre to centre in cross direction and respectively for horizantal supports of zig - zag pattern and fixing of Gyp board in the panel provided in the desing pattern given and sprating the standard spection and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate shall be inclusive of finishing the edges and wall junctions with suitable lipping and cornice arrangements.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved first class quality paint and approved colour, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Fabricating Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish Openable type glass window (3 leaves) with fixed glazing at top to a height of 0.3m with alminium grill for glazed portion in all floors having the Aluminium section such as outer frame of section (418/code) of 37.70x33mmx2mm @ 0.50kg/m, center mullions of (code 9153,2.50mm thick) 59x33x2.5mm @ 0.936kg/m,Z section of having 24.00mm vertical and width of 33mm @2.50mm thick.Confirming to code No [email protected]/m Aluminium clips of 3.60 length having total weight of 0.40kg or 0.109kg/m with neccessary accssories such as rubber beadings, special hinges, handle including supplying and fixing 4mm thick plain glass including cost of all materials, labours, power consumption required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC column slab, masonry walls wherever necessary with power drills to the required extent and make good to the original conditons after fixing and also as directed. All the Aluminium sections are to the anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled conditons in accordance with Is 1868/1962 for an average anodic film thickness of 15 microns etc.Complete.
