Reinforced Cement Concrete (M20 grade) with 20mm & down graded size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including centring, shuttering, lowering, laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete for required levels laid in layers including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of labour, T&P,required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction for the Engineer In Charge.

Supplying MS round / deformed / tor steel reinforcement bars of only approved manufacturing companies (of approved grade) of required diameters of approved quality including straightening, cutting to size, bending, and binding, lifting and placing in position as per design, complete including cost of bars, binding wires 18 gauge, including cost of all materials , labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, cess, royalties. sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Enginner In charge. (Linear measurement will be taken and quantity will be calculated on standard weight for all heights).

Providing Fly Ash brick masonry work in Foundation & Superstructre using 250 mm X 120 mm X 80 mm (with dimensional tolerance of ± 2% ) Fly Ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. / sq cm, mortar of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) (Using Branded Cement), immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hrs in water before use, with all necessary projections, splay cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc., including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants,etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer In Charge.

6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) for brick work to CC surface including closed deep chipping and cleaning to C.C. surface to receive cement plaster, watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance, royalities,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete.

Cement washing one coats with cost of all labour & material etc complite as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Wall priming one coats on new work with primer of approved grade complete including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Wall painting two coats with any approved quality of emulsion coat over a coat of priming on work to give an even shade including cost of all materials,labour,T & P required for the work complete.

Finishing exterior walls two coats with weather coat paint of approved shade complete including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of MS Fabricated Grills by using square bar 50 X 50 X 5 mm thick MS angle etc. as per approved specification complete including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete.

Painting 2 coats with approved enamel paint shade over a coat of wall primer by means of brush to outside surface of walls after cleaning the surface including cost of material with all taxes and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc.complete in all respect.

2.5cm thick grading concrete of prop. (1:2:2) over Roof slab top using 6mm size cbhg chips from and approved quarry on new work with all cost,conveyance,royalities,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete

2.5cm (1") A.S flooring concrete of prop. (1:2:4) over Roof slab top using 12 mm size cbhg chips from and approved quarry on new work with all cost,conveyance,royalities,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete
