Repair/ replacement of roof sheet, roof treatment and other B/R works of certain Bldg in Tech area at AF Stn Tezpur

Material and Labour for Cement concrete type B-2 ,1:3:6 (40 mm graded) in floor, foundations, filling and mass concrete, including Demolition of existing cement concreteof any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster/screed, roughening surfaces of old concrete roof slab/chajjas by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc., brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre and rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster/screed, in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions (waterproofing compound measured and paid seperately) and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of water proofing treatment over smooth finished surfaces by application of cold applied bituminous primer as per manufacturer's instructions, providing and laying 3.00 mm thick, plain finish, APP modified bitumenous waterproofing and damp proofing membrane with polyester reinforcement (Non-Woven Polyester Mat), conforming to IS 16532 :2017 (Dimensions and weight of APP membrane polyester as per Table 2 of IS), by forced (torch on) application, with minimum 75 mm overlap on longitudinal direction and 100 mm overlap on the transverse direction, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantiling of Asbestos roof sheet and remove all debris outside the MOD land, compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws incl dismantiling, compete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in filling gaps between roofing sheets and walls (Gap size 60 mm wide and 40mm-60 mm deeep), rounded or chamfered on edges, including demolition of existing cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for black hollow steel Section for structural use, conforming to IS 4923:1997 (Reaffirmed 2009), designation CF, in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, posts, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy brackets framing (square or rectangular hollow sections), including distance pieces cleats etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Second Class Hardwood timber Scantling unframed work Clean sawn in scantling complete including dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sq. Cm and over in sec in any position as in framed work, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fixing in repair for Anodised aluminium snap grid of Size 600X600mm' frame work for false ceiling with HPSC 4 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards white colour designer type ready to fix, fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework as in Ceiling with including proper hanging arrangement after dismantling wall and celling board (fibre, pulp, insulation, glass etc) any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per direction of Engr in charge, including dismantling existing wall paneling, complete all as specified and as directed
