Annual turnover for last five years certified by the Chartered Accountant (achieved in at least Rs.25,60,000-00 each year for the last two financial years )

The bidders with "Operation and maintenance" of experience of the STP/ETP in Government organizations is preferred

Income tax returns filed for the assessment year 2024-25 & 2025-26.

Solvency certificate for Rs. 2,00,000/- from any Nationalized Bank

Scanned copy of DD for Rs.2000-00 towards tender form charges

Name and Address of Organization and their technical employees

Copies of original document defining the constitution of legal status, place of registration and principal place of business, written power of attorney of the signatory of the bid to commit the bidder

Total monetary value of Operation and maintenance works performed in last 2 years.

The agency should give an undertaking regarding information towards any current litigation in which the bidder is involved the party concerned and the disputed amount.

The contractor / Agency should enclose ESI / PF registration and contract labour license. All correspondences of these agencies shall be the responsibility of the contractor.

GST registration certificate and returns filed for last six months.
