Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on walls with mechanical roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted concrete, brick, stone or plastered surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth (like kerb stobe etc) and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall by complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and Applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint with mechanical roller having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm on old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stones or brick masonry or block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc.complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 KM but n.exc 5 KM, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 KM but n.exc 5 KM outside station boundary complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 KM but n.exc 5 KM outside station boundary complete all as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as directed.
