building from experienced & specialized bidders for this work from APMC Mahuva as per offer terms and

conditions. Bidder shell have to attach work done certificates of corporate type building interior works

completed (include photographs & certificates) in last three years with the offer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All the skilled work force & labor / materials / machinery / tools / services including all

the taxes & GST required for the proposed work will be arranged & paid by the bidder.

2. The quantity of items mentioned in the schedule is approximate and may change

depending upon site conditions.

3. All wooden material shall be ISI mark and shall be of boiling water proof quality. Use of

block Board & partial board shall not be permitted.

4. Teak wood/Soft wood/hard wood to be used shall be of 1st quality well seasoned.

5. Laminate shall be of approved make and shade.

6. Ply shall be conforming to BIS standard of BWP Ply & Board.

7. All the table shell fixed with 2” SS round pipe foot rest.

8. False ceiling shell be measured in plan only, belts-projections shell include in quoted

9. All handles/ball catcher/hinges etc. shall be of same design unit wise.

10. The contractor shall ensure that all wood items are free from infestation.

25. The Invitee shall have the right to cancel the Contract if the work is not satisfactorily

26. The bidder shall take care of the safety of the labors / materials / machinery on entire

site, including parts already completed, and shall be responsible for all thefts,

accidents, injuries, defects, death etc. to the labor(s) / others, and shall indemnify the

Invitee and the Architects against any loss due to the same / any of his acts. The

Contractor shall obtain all necessary Insurance Policies and shall keep them in force at

31. The rates quoted in the offer shall include all Charges of scaffolding any tools & plants,

excise duty, sales tax and any other taxes of expenditure for carrying out the work.

32. Rate to be quote including GST etc. No extra tax shell be paid on quoted rate.

33. Bidder shell pay GST of previously paid running bill, APMC shell pay the same to

bidder after submitting copy of the same to bidder.

34. 3% (three percent) security deposit shell be deducted from all the running bill to the

bidder which shell be paid after one year after rectification of work done if any.

35. Total work to be complete within 75 days, failing which Rs. 5000 per day penalty shell

be deducted from final bill.

36. Minimum billing amount shell be Rs. 15,00,000/- & shell be paid after 7 days.

37. The bidder must co-operate with Architect / Engineer, appointed by the invitee, So that

entire work shall proceed smoothly with least possible delay and to the satisfaction of
