SCH 'A' PART-III (SEC-II) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION :

Point wiring with 1100 volt grade FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm drawn in & including concealed PVC rigid non metallic conduit 19mm/20mm dia having thickness not less than 1.8 mm, heavy duty (ISI) marked to be terminated in pressed steel modular metal terminal box of adquate size with PVC modular top cover sheets of suitable modules and sizes for mounting of modular switches/ sockets / regulators for one light /fan /exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way modular switch or one regulator including continuous FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded of size 1.50 Sqmm as earth wire (Green colour) and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No 14.01 here-in-before but for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on the same board with other switches.

SCH 'A' PART-XI (SEC-II) : EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY :

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90cmx90cmx105cm (internal dimension of chamber) with brick work in cement mortar 1:4 including plastering internally and pointing externally as the work proceeds complete with MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick and angle iron frame 40mmX40mmX6mm with handle, locking arangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces including earth work & excavation in any type of soil, disposal of surplus spoil not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Cutting of road for laying pipe/cable of any size, any type and making good the road cutting by providing soling with broken stone and applying cold emulsion mixed with aggregate as per manufacturer's instrctions including necesasay compaction by rolling etc so as to match with the adjoing area complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-XII (SEC-II) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION :

Supply, install, test and commissioning of copper wound step down transformer, outdoor type, oil immersed, naturally cooled ONAN, rated temperature rise in oil & winding 45/50 degree centigrade complete with standard fittings of capacity 63 KVA HT 11 KV, 3 phase, LT 433V, 4 wire, 50Hz of vector group DYN-11 with off load tap changing device on HT side to vary secondary voltage from + 2.5% to -5% in steps of 2.5% including cable box on LT and HT side, first fill of new transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60KV, suitable mounting rails of appropriate gauge and other standard accessories all as per IS:1180 (Part 1) : 2014 with maximum total losses as per energy efficiency level 3 of IS : 1180 (Part 1) : 2014.

Note :- The rate quoted for above item shall deemed to be inclusive of the following :- (a) Accessories such as oil level gauge, rating and diagram plate, monogram plate, explosive vent with diaphragm, thermometer pocket with thermometer, gun metal drain valve at bottom, Air release plug, inspection cover, lifting lugs, hooks, earthing pads, bi-directional plane rollers, oil temperature indicator, winding temperature indicator, silica gel breather & other standard accessories all as per IS:1180 (Part 1) : 2014 etc. Any other item as per manufacturer recommendations for best function of transformer if required are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) The cost of PCC foundation required for installation of transformer shall be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule item

Construction of platform of size 3000 x 2500 x 1200mm for installation of transformer, with brick steps on one side, cattle fencing arround complete platform and separate fencing around transformer, both fencing should have hinged door and locking arrangements complete all as shown on drawing No. CEPZ/C-02/13 Sheet 2/5 and as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.
