S&F Tee grid suspension system of size 600 mm x 600 mm type-1 made out of roll framed hot dipped galvanised steel zince coated of not less than 120 gm/Sqm, main runner 0.3 mm thick of section 24 mm x 33 mm crross runner 0.30 mm thick of section 24 mm x 25 mm, wall angle shall be 0.63 mm thick of section 24 mm x 24 mm grid shall be suspended by 4 mm dia adjustable quick fit hanger rod, system exposed portion shall be pre painted polyester coated in off whitee/white in colour complete with material, fixing, jointing etc., with Coloured textured designer ceiling board (Everest) 4mm thick of size 595 x 595 mm fixing with screws/clips complete all as per manufacturers instructions and direction.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound incl chajja, facia etc, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.( WPC mesured separetly)

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats cement based paint on over one coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of existing old u/s submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated FRLSH flexible copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated FRLSH flexible copper conductor cable green colour of size 4 Sqmm as earth lead in and including concealed PVC conduit and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification all as required at site or directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement existing unsv integrated LED bulk head light fitting 1X10 watts suitable complete, connecting electricaly to ceiling rose using cord flexible 3 core PVC insulated over all sheathed with flexible copper conductor of size 0.75 sqmm all as required.

S&F VTPN distribution board, iron clad, with double door 4 way with IP-43,IK-09 protection suitable for MCCB as incommer AC 415 Volts four pole with thermal release adjustable type (80% to 100 % ) and MCB as outgoing ,complete with appropriate size copper bus bar and neutral link complete with one MCCB 4 pole 415 Volts 160 Amps rating with rupturing cap 25 KA of the same make as of distribution board & including cutting chases to wall for fixing DB and making good the disturbed wall surface all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-Charge (Outgoing MCB will be measured separately).

Supply,fixing, testing & commissioning of LED street light fittings on Bldg comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame, for efficiency not less than 95 lumens/Watt, and minimum wattage capacity of 25 Watt with ingress protection IP 65/66 and external SPD of capacity 10 KV in addition to inbuilt with drive complete, fixed to 25 mm dia medium grade GI pipe bracket of length not less than 1.20 cm bend to 120 degree shape with necessary GI clamps 50mmx6mm MS strip bend to required shape, nut bolts etc and 1.5 Sqmm 3.5 core PVC flexible copper cable from junction box to fitting to be layed /drawn inside steel tubler pole complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.(Make: Crompton/ Wipro/Bajaj.

Supply, laying and testing of LT UG cable, XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushining , cable protection cover, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Sch 'A'.

Excavation in trenches in any type of hard/dense soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables,Foundation filling of poles or stays.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M & L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note : Sand shall be fined sand as specifed and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size (230x115x75 mm) or of size locally available , laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
