High Mast Pole:- Design /Supplying/ Installation/ Testing and commissioning of 12 Mtr.GI Type high mast shaft in two sections suitable for 47 M/ Sec wind speed with Raising Lowering system comprising head frame, Luminaries, Carriage suitable to Install 6 No Luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, double drum with 5 mm Dia meter SS wire Rope, Trailing Cable, connector, Integral. Power, tool motor of 1HP capacity 3 Phase type, manual handle, wiring material, power cable between panel and mast. P/F of foundation Bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template, P/F of Twin Dome LED aviation obstruction light 10 Watt each. Job also includes construction of shallow foundation with M 20 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil Dearing capacity and site as 10T/ Sq Mtr. at 2 Mtr. depth with all material &labour.

Connection Wire:- Supply and drawing of 3 core 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper cable with Lugs complete job with connection etc as required

Power Cable :- Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 1.1 KV grade Aluminum conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed, steel armoured cable, 0.75 M below ground including digging of trench 0.35 M wide 0.75 M depth through HDPE pipe 40 mm dia (Pn8) and refilling the trench, etc as required. The job includes cost of PDPE pipe complete job. a) 4x10 Sq mm (with pipe)

Led Fitting:- Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of LED fitting cat No BENP 21 FL 160 Watt including connection etc. Complete job in all respect

Earthings Making of earthing station using chemical type 50 mm Dia G.I Earth electrode maintenance free & providing masonry enclosed with cover plate having locking arrangement as required.

G.I Wire Supplying & laying of 6 SWG G.I Wire on surface & in recess for loop earthing along with cable as required.

Control Panel:- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of control panel dust vermin & weather proof out door canopy type of suitable size made of 14 SWG MS Sheet having holes at Bottom for incoming & outgoing of cables. It should be painted with one coat of primer & two coats of approved make & color of synthetic enamel paint& grouting the same.
