Decomissioning of indoor units of existing fitted 7 TR High precision Package A.C. units with Single compressor i/c dismantling the same with related MS stand ,accessories like canvas, damper , cable tray ,as directed by Eng.-in-charge. Complete as per directed of Eng.-in-charge.

Decomissioning of outdoor units(Condenser) of existing fitted 7 TR High precision Package A.C. units with Single compressor i/c dismantling the same with related MS stand ,accessories ,as directed by Eng.-in-charge. Complete as per directed of Eng.-in-charge.

Dismantling & removing the existing laid Power/control cables of package units, condenser units, complete by unscrewing from the related M.S. racks/tray etc as per directed by Eng.-in-charge.

Recovering the existing laid refrigerant copper piping of Hot gas & cold gas of different sizes complete by cutting/unscrewing /opening etc. fitted in between the package unit & condenser unit as per direction of Eng.-in-charge.

Shifting , of the existing dismantled 7 TR HPAC package A.C. units with related condensers & accessories like MS stand , power /control cable, canvas connection ,Duct damper, Cable tray etc from the old location to new location as directed by Eng.-in-charge.

Installation, testing and commissioning of above 7 TR HPAC Package indoor and outdoor units on existing MS frame i/c fixing of S/A damper, canvas connection of elctrical cables,nitrogen pressure testing ,vacuemising then supplying and charging the refrigerant R-407C/R410A(10Kg refrigerant) in the circuit as per terms and condition complete as reqd. Note - b) The each outdoor and indoor unit shall be installed on 12 nos. AVM pads (Rubber pad), nothing extra shall be paid on this account c) Outdoor unit Angle frame should be mount on 30cmx30cmx30cm PCC Block with 25x25x5mm angle iron frame on edge f)(Minor modification(if required at site ) in MS angle stand of indoor and outdoor is also included in this item

Supply & fixing of the following sizes 18 gauge ( 1.2 mm)copper refrigerant piping on the existnig MS perforated tray (wherever required) etc complete as reqd

Laying of existing recovered PVC insulated PVC Sheathed Aluminum /copper conductor armored cable sizes up to 16 sqmm of 1.1 KV grade conforming to relevant I.S. on wall/ existing MS perforated tray etc as reqd

Dismantling of spare GI plenum/supply air duct complete by unscrewing from the related ceiling etc as per directed by Eng.-in-charge. and stacking the same at desire place in TE premises.

Reinstallation of existing recovered ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, support as per approved drawing and specifications & direction of the engineer in charge i/c minor modification etc as required

Supplying, installing, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/ round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, support as per approved drawing and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Supplying and laying, testing and commissioning of 19 mm thickness closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of class “O” applied by suitable adessive of Fevicol/Dunlop make as per specification complete as required.

Providing and fixing of fire damper in supply air path fabricated out of 20 SWG, MS/GI sheet with suitable spring, fusible link for automatic closer of fire damper in the event of flame i/c painting with red color complete as required. (Mapro Air Flow Pvt. Ltd or SS make)

Topping of referigerant i/c supplying and charging the refrigerant R-407C/R410A(10Kg refrigerant) in the circuit as per terms and condition complete as reqd.

Providing and fixing of Aluminium linear powder quoted grills for Return Air without volume control damper complete as required.

Providing and fixing of Aluminium linear powder quoted grills for Supply Air with volume control damper complete as required

Making Return Air opening with minor civil work including plastering & finishing with suitable frame worketc as required.

Closing of not rquired Return Air openings with MDF particle board on suitable frame work etc as required.

Providing and laying of 2 mm thick PVC flooring of approved shade fixed with adessive Fevicol/ Dunlop / SS make, rolling with wooden roller to remove air bubbles t etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing of sandwitched partition with 25 mm fiberglass of 24 kg/m3 density sandwitched between 2 No. MDF particles boards of 12 mm thickness on suitable frame work. Fabricated out of 50 mm x 25 mm x 18 SWG MS rectangular pipe section having greed work of not less than 1200 mm x 600 mm, fiber glass covered in vapor barrier i/c fixing fastener, screws, hinged bolted door frame painting one coat of primer and 2 coats of approved shade synthetic enamel paint etc. complete as required.

ITC of existing 25mmx5mm thick G.I. strip for loop earthing on cable tray wall etc as required
