Taking down carefully copper or aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets bulk, head fitting, tube light fitting by unscrewing carefully from boards etc and making good, distrubed surface of walls floors etc.

M&L for Point wiring with multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable in PVC casing and capping, 1.5 Sqmm with all fittings/accessories and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper earth wire connected to common earth including closed recessed wooden terminal Boxes of suitable size made of 2nd class hard wood for mounting switches, sockets etc with 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for one light point or bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch, complete.

All as per Srl item No 02 here in before but for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board.

Supply and fixing in LED 1x18 Watt, 220 V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tubelight connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.

S & F in replacement Sheet metal enclosure for DB's Single door, single pole and neutral, 240V, 8 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar including blanking plates where required. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 240 V 10 KA C curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) SPN 40 to 63 Amp in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Supply and fixing in replacement 240 V 10 KA C curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) SP 5 to 32 Amp in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

PVC rectangular block for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 200x150x50 mm deep

S & F Sub main wiring with two single core 6 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade and 6 Sqmm as continous earthing drawing and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size with all acessories, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire ceiling panel light 2 ft x 2 ft 35/36 Watt 6000 K , 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified. .

Dismentling of existing earthing and replacemet of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm and 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to the Galvanized iron earth wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 3 conected to earth test point as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty 16 sqmm 2 core flat cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 01 metre apart including 4 mm suspension complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty 10 sqmm 2 core flat cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 01 metre apart including 4 mm suspension complete all as specified.

S&F in LED light fitting 1x10W bulkhead luminaries including LED light driver holder connecting up three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size.

Supply & Fix LED Builing security light energy efficient with bracket , suitable dia pipe all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft /Loose soil for laying of cable all as specified and directed and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M & L River sand, spread dry in trenches as in cable cushioning ,Before laying the cable, the trench shall be provided with a layer of sand of 8 cm depth and the cable has been properly straightened, it shall be covered with sand to a depth of 15 cm , then gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of the upper-most cable and punning shall be done by hand all as specified and as directed.

Factory made ISI marked un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover of PCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1, conforming to class LV, flat of size 250mmx150mmx40mm, laid dry over electric cable for protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down u/s steel tubing and connections for removal to store 40/50 mm or above as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore as in cable protection fixed to poles/walls or laid intrenches/under road crossing etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. of following sizes.

All As per Item No 27 but for 50 mm bore

Taking down old U/S UG cable of any size.

M & L LT UG cable 2 core x 16 sq mm 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated , armored, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including,cable gland lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) Excavation earth work and sand cushioning brick protectionand connected work etc. Shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule

Supply & Fixing in replacement of MCCB, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 200 A, rupture capacity with adjustable terminal & adjustable magneting setting , 36 KA, 50 Hz, AC in sheet metal enclosure including connecting up incoming / out going cables with suitable lugs and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Isolator, Triple pole and neutral, 32 to 63 Amp, 240 volts, 10 KA , complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of Isolator, single pole, 32 to 40 Amp, 240V, 10 KA, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and installation erection commissioing and testing of main LT pannel cubical out door type weather/dust proof, factory made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable alley and front side shutter with locking arrangement panel base of angle iron 50x50x6mm upto 45 cm height for 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system includign four pole aluminium bus bar 240 amps capacity including control wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated standed copper conductor and incoming/outgoing connection with aluminium bus bar complete as per manufacture design complete mounted or fixed on PCC foundation above 0.45 mtr on floor and cable connection with suitable size of aluminium lugs and glands complete comprising the following:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 160 Amps, 35 KA - 01 No (b) MCCB 3 pole 415 volts 125 Amps, 25 KA - 03 Nos (c) Ammeter 0-400 Amps, size 4"x4" digital along with suitable size CT's-03 Nos( one per Phase)-03 Nos (d) Volt meter 0-500 volts size 4"x4" digital - 01 No (e) LED indicator lamp(RYB) - 01 Set

Note :Deduction for amount of Rs 30075.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
