Supply, installation testing and Commissioning of Standalone solar flood light minimast system of 4 x 90Watt with 24hrs backup with dimming option. The floodlight Luminaries should have 15000 lumens system output with a system efficacy greater than 160 lumen per watts,IP66 & IK08 Protection. Single piece pressure die cast aluminum housing with ADC12 grade and individual lens mounted on LEDs by injection moulding in PC Cover. The luminaire shall be having anti corrosive coating with 500hrs salt spray tested and L70 at 75000Hrs -4nos. The charge controller using in the system shall be MPPT type hybrid Programmable and Dimmable with > 93% efficiency, IP67 connectors-4nos. The Solar Panel of 200Wp Mono Crystalline with excellent aging resistance -4nos. The Batteries using in the system shall be Lithium Ferro Phosphate type with suitable rating maintenance free having minimum 2000 life Cycles- 4nos.Cleaning of solar panels must be done atleast once in every month during DLP period The complete system must have minimum 5 year warranty after installation. Augering and fixing of Pole by suitable size stainless steel foundation bolt by chemical fixing process on hard rock with all accessories and equipment as required including cost of foundation bolts, casting of foundation as per actual site condition etc. complete as required

Supply, installation testing and Commissioning of 8mtr hot dip galvanised Octagonal Pole with minimum bottom Dia 190mm and top 90mm with adequate thickness suitable for the site condition and internal hinged type door and ring arm head frame assemble height. The battery box and panel mounting frame shall be hot galvanised. The luminaries and solar mounting frame have tilting and rotating provision separately as required.
