Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

(Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Foundation, footing basis of columns etc. and mass concrete .

b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs ,landings and the like, floor etc. upto any thickness.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement: four sand: eight graded/ crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre ) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand : eigth graded stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete, 1:6:12 (One cement : six Sand : twelve graded crushed stone aggregate , 40mm (Forty milimetres) nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of material and other incidentials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Stone filling behind Retaining walls and Breast walls complete as per drawings and technical specifications including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20 (twenty ) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designd as per requirement of I.S code and P.W.D specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer - in - Charge prior to the casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S code in moulding as in cornices windows sills etc. upto floor all level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20(twenty) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated in reinforced concrete chajjas not exceeding 10 cm (ten centimetre) including finishing the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) to give a smooth and even surface centring/ form work and curing complete excluding cost of reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work.
