Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories complete and all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete and all as specified.

Dismantling Stone slabs Laid bedded and pointed in any mortarand tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles in cement or cement lime mortar complete.
