Construction of 40,000 liters capacity Circular Over Head Service Reservoir (OHSR) with 12.90 Mts staging with raft foundation for a wind pressure of 105.88 Kg/sqm using Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M 30 Grade design mix and using 20 mm HBG machine crushed metal in the site selected by the department as shown in the drawings and specification as per the departmental procedure, including earth work excavation in all kinds of soils in wet or dry conditions except in rock for foundations fitted with (A) RCC or Aluminium ladder inside 0.60 Mts wide (B) Spiral staircase on the out side shall be provided up to 200 KL. Above 200 KL capacity dog legged staircase shall be provided with staircase flight width of 1.0 mts and landing width of 1.20 mts with SS railing up to 1.0 Mts height (C) Lightening arrestor including conductor and earthing as per IS 3070 earthing extended below the foundation (D) RCC finial ventilators with copper or stainless steel fly proof mesh (E) DI Man holes of 2 Nos frame and cover of 0.60x0.60 Mts size (light duty) as per IS specifications (F) Water level indicator of good quality with ebonite/ copper float of approved pattern - 1 No (G) The ladder shall be with MS ladder and verticals with HDPE of 10 Kgs/Sqcms shall be provided for single column OHSR only. (h) Minimum staging for all ELSR/OHSR shall be 10.0 Mts (i) The increase in staging shall be at 1.0 Mt interval. (j) The railing provided to the gallery and staircase shall be with stainless steel of grade 304 for a height of 1.20 Mts (k) The dog legged staircase shall be enclosed with brick/CRS wall on three sides and front side with MS collapsible gate up to 1st brace level from ground level to prevent unauthorized entry (l) DI swan neck ventilators shall be provided in top dome and slab. (m) The above rates are exclusive of all inlet, outlet connections and valves. All valves near inlet, out let and for scour of ELSRs shall be DI Valves of heavy duty confirming to the specification of SOR item No: 28. (n) Rate inclusive of three coats of epoxy paint Food Grade of best quality to inner surface of the reservoir including roof dome (o) Two coats of whether proof emulsion painting for external surfaces, lettering, all required fixtures, pipes, bends, valves etc., for pipe connections but excluding cost of pipes, bends and valves as per departmental designs and drawings, cost and conveyance of all materials, centering, curing, seigniorage, all labour charges and testing the reservoir for water tightness etc.,complete., for finished item of the work.
