B&R/HO/BRIDGE-540M/51184/PWD/EPC-NIT/01, Dated 19.01.2021 SUB :- “CONSTRUCTION OF RCC BRIDGE ON YAMUNA RIVER OF 540 METER SPAN AT NAAVGHAT (BHEEMAWALA), DIST. SIRMAUR, UTTARAKHAND” on EPC Contract Mode basis.

Dear Sir, With reference to your RFP document No. B&R/HO/BRIDGE-540M/51184/PWD/EPC-NIT/01, Dated 19.01.2021, I/we, having examined the Bidding Documents and understood their contents, hereby submit my/our BID for the aforesaid Project. The BID is unconditional and unqualified

The BID Price has been quoted by me/us after taking into consideration all the terms and conditions stated in the RFP, draft Agreement, our own estimates of costs and after a careful assessment of the site and all the conditions that may affect the project cost and implementation of the project.

I/ We acknowledge the right of the Authority to reject our BID without assigning any reason or otherwise and hereby waive, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our right to challenge the same on any account whatsoever.

I/ We shall keep this offer valid for 120 (One Hundred and Twenty) days from the BID Due Date specified in the RFP. The price quoted by us are inclusive all applicable taxes and cess(excluding GST).

I/ We hereby submit our BID and Rs. 10,000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) towards cost of Tender Document (Non-Refundable) in the form of Demand Draft (D.D.) / Pay Order / Banker’s Cheque in favour of Bridge & Roof Co. (India) Limited issued by a Nationalised / Scheduled Bank payable at Kolkata. [No A/c Payee Cheque shall be Considered] for undertaking the aforesaid Project in accordance with the Bidding Documents and the Agreement.
