M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick finished fair & even as in sub base complete all as speificed and directed

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 100mm thick finished fair & even in sub base complete all as speificed and directed

M&L Sand Filling a layer of 25mm/50mm thick as sand cushioning including filling the joints with sand in floors/ paths for interlocking paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick, machine made ,1st quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks , of triangular / Zigzag / Haxagone/ I , in shape or shap and design as approved, with grey cement and pigment , having M-35 Grade and conforming to IS 15658-2006 specifications , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick, machine made ,1st quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks , of triangular / Zigzag / Haxagone/ I , in shape or shap and design as approved, with grey cement and pigment , having M-40 Grade and conforming to IS 15658-2006 specifications , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of PCC grade M-15 design mix and of shape and size rected, set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar 1:4 fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earthwork and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces including removal of dispodal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed. Sizes shall be as under :- Length (L) not less than 300mm, Height (H) 300mm to 350mm, Thickness (T) 100mm and radius (R) 75mm including painting on kerb stone of synthetic enamel paint yellow or white colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n.exc 0.50 cu.m getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface.

M/L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc n.exe 10sqm on plan in and getting out in hard/dense soil.

M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete, levelling course etc.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm in soil.

Removing excavated material of soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complet & as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured walls tiles in vertical surfaces size 300x450x 6mm to 7 mm thick set over and including 10mm thick rendering on vertical surface of wall or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 to receive wall tiles (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge).

M&L rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur-faces of wall 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructiion for finished even and smooth without using extra cement over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (WPC will be measured and paid separately).
