M&L for applying one coat of white wash on plastered or unplasred surfaces of walls of old treated surfaces all as specified including preparation of old plastered surfaces or unplastered white washed walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke soots and efflorescence salts ,removing nails and making good complete all as specified.

All as per item No 1 above but on ceiling surfaces.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bond distemper on old distempered surfaceses of walls of old treated surfaces all as specified including preparation of old surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soots and efflorescence salts ,removing nails and making good complete all as specified.

All as per item No 3 above but on ceiling surfaces.

M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint on old surfaces of walls including preparation of old surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soots and efflorescence salts, removing nails and making good complete all as specified.

Preparation of old treated surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatement and preparing effected surfaces or newly plastered surfaces and applying plaster of paris putty 1 mm thick to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified

M&L for applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint incl. prepation of old painted surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls incl. raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of walls, concrete etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement in complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of walls, concrete etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17 above but 5 mm thick as on ceiling in C:M(1:4)

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0,1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) for roof padding finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with out using extra cement incl demolition complete all as specified.

M & L for water proofing treatment to roofs surfaces including a coat of applied bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm evenly on roof surface and a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on primed surface and laying of 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) unrolled and bonded completly to the substrate with side overlap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm and then sealed/fused by flame or bitumen and a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer instruction and finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm , including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces of roof as water proofing treatment in CM 1:4 and incl taking/removing existing tar felt treatment of any description from RCC roof slab, terrace etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of plain Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges Type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded ag-gregate)

S&F 0.63mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side laps fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs etc with grade of zinc coating 275 including dismantling and prepararing new zinc (or galvanised ) surfaces to receive painting , by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning,and preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of antisol roof paint (MB Green) over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 0.63 mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, crumple and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side laps fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs etc with grade of zinc coating 275 including dismantling and prepararing new zinc (or galvanised ) surfaces to receive painting , by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning,and preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of antisol roof paint (MB Green) over one coat of red oxide. complete all as specified and as directed

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering / clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screw including dismantling all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 6 to 8 mm dia TMT bars , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to existing chajjas of any thickness not exc 100mm thick and including necessary form work ,reinforcement ,RCC (Nominal mix) (1:1.5:3),rendering in CM 1:4 etc & applying 2 coat of cement base paint / weather coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to leakage /seepage from 'J' Hooks of CGI /AC/Galvalume roof sheets by replading cup washer and bitumen washer including necessary T & P complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick E boards sheet in panels of size 595mmX 595mm with necessary off cuts and fixing arrangements for ceiling ,tube light fitting incl dismantling of existing ceiling and taking down and refixing of electric fitting care fully complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs, 75mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed , in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors and fixed to wall with PVC holding clamps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat exterior emulsion paint (weather coat of Berger or equivelent ) on newly plastered wall with airless electric sprayers over a coat of primer applied using airless electric sprayers over one coats of wall care putty of 1-1.5mm thickness prepared and sanded with electrically operated sanding machine. application to be done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment using mechincal device and applying two coat exterior emulsion paint (weather coat of Berger or equivelent ) on old plastered wall with airless electric sprayers after prepearing old surface applied using airless electric sprayers over one coats of wall care putty of 1-1.5mm thickness prepared and sanded with electrically operated sanding machine. application to be done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for applying two coat OBD on newly plastered wall with roller application over a coat of primer and one coats of wall care putty of 1-1.5mm thickness prepared and sanded manually. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat OBD wall surface with airless electric sprayers over a coat of primer applied using airless electric sprayers over one coats of wall care putty of 1 mm thickness prepared and sanded with electrically operated sanding machine. Application to be done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat OBD on newly plastered ceilling with roller application over a coat of primer and one coats of wall care putty of 1-1.5mm thickness prepared and sanded manually. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat OBD on ceiling surface with airless electric sprayers over a coat of primer applied using airless electric sprayers over one coats of wall care putty of 1 mm thickness prepared and sanded with electrically operated sanding machine. M&L for cleaning of over head water storage tanks (PVC/RCC) capacity n exc 250 Ltrs ,cleaning and removing all scale and dirt with bleaching powder or any other oxiding/cleaning chemical suitable for cleaning of water tanks, from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes, etc and including one coat synthetic enamel paint on tank of size 450mmx300mm and writing letters ("CLD ON MM-YY") of height 7.5cm complete all as specified and as directed.
