Installation of Container MCF

1. Make of container: High corrosion resistant corrugated steel sheets 2. Minimum thickness of sheet: 1.6mm to 2mm 3. Size of container: Length – 20 feet, Width – 7 to 8 feet, Height – 7 to 8 feet 4. Door with locking system to be provided at one end of container 5. Ventilation covered with wire mesh net (3mm diameter at c/c 1 inch gap) and an exterior metal sunshade to be provide at 3 sides of container 6. Painting: Whole container to be painted with Marine quality paint (Inside and Outside), Primary colour and design could be finalized after discussion with officials 7. Tare weight: 2.3 Ton to 2.5 Ton 8. Bottom floor lining should be provided with chequered marine grade plywood of minimum 12mm thick 9. Hooks to be provided for the transportation of the containers: 4 nos 10. The container should be placed on a concrete platform of size 30x30x60cm height with footing of size 50x50x10cm and should be provided with a Removable type GI ramp of slope 1 in 12 / Step at the opening side of door 11. The bidder should carry out comprehensive maintenance of the container for 3 years after a warranty period of 1 year without any additional cost 12. Material test certificate should be obtained from Govt labs / NABL accredited labs 13. The selected bidder should transport and place the container at the sites within the location in mullankoly Grama Panchayat without any extra cost 14. The rate should be quoted inclusive of taxes 15. Solar Wall lamp Lights for Outdoor, Motion Sensor lamp for Home with Solar Panel Waterproof Outdoor lamp 16. The container shall have a smooth, even surface finish, with minimal corrugations. Additional terms and conditions 1. Ventilation windows with GI mesh and sunshades shall be provided on three sides, as required 2. Shipping containers with specified quality can only be accepted 3. IEC based Painting design could be finalized after discussion with officials 4. The bidder should carry out comprehensive maintenance of 1 year without any additional cost 5. Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Container units shall be done by the supplier. Failing shall result in withholding of the payment. 6. The required quantity of all products shall only be supplied after confirmation from the client. 7. If the client identifies any damage or quality variation from the approved samples, the bid may be rejected. 8. The selected bidder should transport and place the container units at various sites within the municipality area without any extra cost 9.
