14.43:Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

15.56:Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

OD962/2022-2023:Providing Single Layer of Weld Mesh for ventilation area, to be welded/ fastened to existing structural members, Painted with two coats of epoxy paint after two priming coats (Painting and Priming paid separately)

10.1:Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
