RequiredThe Bidder should have a experience in manufacture & supply of same type of IBR certified various sizes of HP Valves and Valve Spares for HFO steam tracing system & steam and feed water system for 250 MW and higher capacity Thermal Power Stations prior to the date of submission of the bid. (Note: Copy of Purchase orders & its invoices shall be uploaded in tender schedule.)

RequiredThe firm should have IBR Certification for Design, Manufacturing and Supply of HP& LP Valves for Power Boilers from the Competent Authority (Director of Boilers) and the same should produce at the time tender.

RequiredAll the IBR certified various sizes of HP Valves and Valve Spares for HFO steam tracing system & steam and feed water system of Unit-11 (1x500MW) Boiler/KTPS-VI Stage should be one to one replacement and Interchangeability certificate to be produced along with the material.

RequiredAcceptance of commercial terms and upload duly filled certificate.

RequiredGST registration certificate

RequiredHSN codes of the materials (6 to 8 digits) and GST rates of the offered material.

RequiredThe bidder must up load the EMD payment details i.e., scanned copy of DD or online transaction receipt.

RequiredBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification enclosed can only be considered.

RequiredBidders with poor performance in executing the previous purchase orders /bidders who have executed partial supplies during the delivery period/bidders who have not supplied the material even after several notices/bidders who supplied the material lately and suffered the works/bidders whose supplies failed during guarantee performance period/black listed firms are not eligible for quoting
