REPAIR AND CLEANING OF DRAINS, SEWAGE AND RANGE IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AIR FORCE STATION TEZPUR UNDER GE (AF) TEZPUR

Cleaning of drains by removing silt, taking out brick bats, pebbles, muds, clay sludge etc from the bottom of drain and culvert bed and removing to a distance not exc 50 m and deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for old size old sub class B bricks, laid flat jointed in cement mortar (1:6), as in drain and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) received from demolition of old brickwork laid flat in floors, channels, kerbs, apron etc(each layer) pointed in any mortar including removing mortars from bricks and reusing them complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for old size sub class B bricks laid flat jointed in cement mortar (1:6), as in drain, and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) after dismantling of bricks laid flat in floors, channels, kerbs, apron etc(each layer) pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for old size old sub class B bricks, laid on edge, jointed in cement mortar (1:6), as in drain and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) received from demolition of old brickwork laid on edge in floors, channels, kerbs, apron etc(each layer) pointed in any mortar including removing mortars from bricks and reusing them complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for old size sub class B bricks, laid on edge, jointed in cement mortar (1:6), as in drain, and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) after dismantling of bricks laid on edge in floors, channels, kerbs, apron etc(each layer) pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 ( using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation of surface channels and drain after demolition of plain cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm in thickness ( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping, benching to manholes,water troughs and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throathing and including necessary formwork after demolition of plain cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, paving etc not exc 15 cm in thickness ( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for flush pointing to bricks on edge paving in cement mortar (1:4) , concrete surface after raking/cutting out joints/pointing to brick work in walls including removing all vegetation from joints or to bricks on edge in surface drain, built in cement mortar not less than 12 mm deep washing the joints, removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for flush pointing to bricks laid flat paving in cement mortar (1:4), after raking/cutting out joints/pointing to brick work in walls including removing all vegetation from joints in surface drain, built in cement mortar not less than 12 mm deep washing the joints, removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing / cleaning of sides and berms of drain by trimming of surfaces and removing all vegetation bushes /small tree n exc 30 cm girth at 1.00 m height from GL and removing to a distances n. exc. 50 mtrs and deposited where directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for brick work with locally available best quality sub class B old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:4) concrete articles after demolition of Brickwork, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing brickwork built in cement mortar and removing mortars from serviceable bricks and M & L with old size old bricks received after demolition straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:4) and removing bricks bats from site omplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up tree roots including cutting of root portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling of ground ,stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and directed for girth of tree exc 30 cm and n exc 100 cm

Taking out sludge and sullage from septic tank/sewage sump/ manholes etc and removing the same to a distance n exc 50 m away from starting point and depositing in excavated pits n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth when the deposited sludge in pit is dry in solid form then measured and covered by ordinary soil to thickness not less than 30 cm from existing ground level including sprinkling of bleaching powder over the area of trenches and on the cleared septic tank and making the sewage line functional after cleaning. (Note: Solid deposits will be taken for measurement purpose after cleaning)

Cleaning of 100 mm bore sewage line/pipe by rodding in to manhole suitable method to clear the sludge/blocking etc logged in side the sewage line and well flushing with water to drain the loose sludge etc inside the sewage line from manhole including removing and refixing the manhole cover size all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 17 here-in-before but in bore 150 mm

Excavation in trenches,n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation laying of cables ,etc or for shafts,wells,cesspits,manholes,pier holes,etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/lose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil under floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stoneware drain pipe 150 mm internal dia grade A laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar after demolition and breaking up drain pipes set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C2 (1:3:6) for concrete bed to drain pipes for 150 mm internal dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stoneware drain pipe 100 mm internal dia grade A laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar after including demolition and breaking up drain pipes set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C2 (1:3:6) for concrete bed to drain pipes for 100 mm internal dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Gully trap, nahani trap by taking out blocked wastes/silts and mud including removal and washing down thoroughly for free flowing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing sand from front side of range and deposit it for reuse and stacking in trapezoidal shape for measurement complete all as specified and directed.

Screening of sand for removing all pebbles, vegetation and debris from sand received from removal and stacking for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Saw dust

Supply only fine sand

Mixing of saw dust with fine sand (old sand & new supplied sand both to be used ) and spreading in range as per existing gradient and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, to plastered surfaces on wall, over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for fine sand in 50kg polybags( sand content not less than 40 kg in each bags) and stacking in range as per direction of Engr-in-charge.
