TVR 10618:- Complete repair/calibration of F.I.P by way of removal of defective F.I.P from engine, cleaning with petrol and removing the damaged parts P/F plunger head-1No., plungers-4Nos., delivery valves, with elements, tappet roller set, Oil seals, spacers, FIP coupling along with cross with spacer, governor shaft, nozzles, calibration of nozzle injector with pump. P/F of pump cam shaft, adapter fuel injection pump, gear, non-return valve, feed pump set -01no, calibration & tuning of FIP, Job includes cost of material and labour charges & calibration and tuning of FIP with engine.

DRR 457:- Repairs to the fixed shaft by way of removal of worn out/defective parts and providing and fitting of fast speed pinion(306-5-1)-01No., speed pinion 2nd with bush(306-5-2/5)-01No., low speed pinion with bush (306-5-3/5)-01No., dowel pin 306-5-9-01No., castle nut N-4-14-06 Nos., plain washer PW-6-03-06Nos. assembling the machine. Reverse central clutch plate 10p28-01 No., forward clutch central plate 10p36-01 No., pin driving 10p29-06 Nos., ball lever 10p47-03 Nos., ball lever bush-03 Nos., ball lever bolt-06 Nos., sleeve distance tube-01 No. Job includes cost of material, taxes and labour charges. DRR 2224:-Repairs to the front rolls of the DRR 2224 by way of dismantling the front rolls and removing of damaged/ worn out parts and providing and fitting of new parts i.e Bush 3p23(a)-2 Nos., 3p23(b)- 2Nos., dust excluder 3p7- 1 No. The job also includes lathe work for grinding of bushes as per size of shaft and hub, also grinding and brazing of shaft as required. The job also includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes as applicable.
