Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position and unframed/framed work complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from chajjas / faia etc incl dismantling of demaged concrete & repairing the same with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 12.5 mm mgraded stone aggregates) & applying 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) using liquid water proofing compound & finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description not exc. 1.50 Sqm each with shutters, (without taking off shutters from the frame) including builders hardware complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description exc. 1.50 Sqm and n.exc 4.00 Sqm each with shutters, (without taking off shutters from the frame) including builders hardware complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description not exc 1 sqm each including builders hardware complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each including builders hardware complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with Fly Ash Brick (Non-Modular) Class 7.5, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) incl dismantling of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of rubbish out off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only (except bricks) for brick work (with serviceable bricks retrieved from dismantling straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Serviceable Brick retrived from srl. 14 above will be reused in this work]

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including necessary formwork including demolition of existing cover slabs of any description and removal of rubbish out off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic coloured rectified edges joint free tiles 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured epoxy grout to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for kota stone floor 18-20 mm thick, as in riser of steps, skirting, dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), surfaces finished even and rough to receive kota stone complete all as specified and directed.
