Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surface including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur-faces of wall 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions of cement for finished even and smooth without using extra cement over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed. Make: Dr Fixit URP 300 or equivalent.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on external wall.

Disconnecting existing tanks, up to 500 ltrs setting aside (lowering if required) to facilitate water proofing treatment to roof surfaces and refixing in position duly cleaned from inside after completion of water proofing treatment.

M&L for 50 mm avg thick PCC padding in cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggr mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions , finished surface even and fair without using extra cement for laying of WPT all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L 10mm thick rendering on roof in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement over PCC surface for laying APP membrane on roof (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for water Proofing treatment to roof slabs by applying one coat of bituminous/polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltrs/Sqm, and laying atactic polypropylene (APP) modified membrane pre fabricated , reinforced with non woven polyester, of minimuum 3 Kg/Sqm, 3 mm thick (minimum) with minimum 75 mm side overlaps and minium 100 mm end overlaps and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M & L for brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm

M & L for Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner.

Cutting grooves in brick parapet wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove for sealing APP membrane in brick parapet wall with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm thick pre-formed filler for expansion/ crumple joints of roof slab.

Supply and fix 0.63mm thick, Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275

Taking down PVC/CI pipe of any pattern size including all fittings etc.

S&F 110mm dia PVC SWR pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls

S & F in repairs 110mm dia PVC SWR bend with oval access door

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 mix ,type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in tank staging complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Treatment of roof cracks in existing roof surface by cutting out portion along the cracks with mechanical equipment into 'V' shape, cleaning the cut out portion with compressed air to remove all foreign materials like dust, dirt, aggregates etc., apply the crack seal compound over existing cracks of roof as per manufacturer instructions or all as specified entire satisfication of GE/Engineer-in-Charge. Make: FOSROC/Dr Fixit/Pidilite or equivalent
