Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion & making good disturbed ground embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. complete all as specified

Excavation in post holes (or similer holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out, ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and making good the disturb surface in soft/loose soil all as specified.

M & L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregtaes in foundations, filling and mass concrete of post holes for securing angle vertical posts complete all as specified

S & F framed brackets of angles or tees for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified

S & F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

Demolition of Concrete(reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complet all as specified and directed

M&L for M-20 Nominal Mix , 20 mm aggregate for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides & soffits of foundation & plinth beams; and similar work; verticle or to batter Rough finished surfaces of concrete flat

M&L RCC M-20 Nominal Mix using 20 mm graded aggregate in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts

Form work to sides of concrete columns pillars fair finished Square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to lengh, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

All as per item ser No. 13 but as in stirrups, spacers and binder, 8mm dia TMT bar

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified .

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) in CM(1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 10 mm thick Plaster in CM (1:4)complete as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.complete all as specified

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete as specified

M&L for preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint on old steel surfaces complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified .

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified .

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

Notes :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwiese specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refere Schedule A notes for details.
