Operation and Maintenance Providing services for day to day maintenance/Breakdown maintenace and attending complaints of complete internal electrical installation & fans etc, of 09 nos. of Academic Blocks, Residential buildings,Hostels and Mess & dining buildings, Sports complex, central arcade, Guest House, Amphitheatre, Research Park,WTP,STP,SPS-I&II, WSC-I,II & III, substation buildings, Security cabins & all the buildings with in Institute campus on all days including Sundays and holidays as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para-45, 51 and recovery as per provision of para 49, 50 etc as required. (Note : Material required shall be measured and paid seprately)

Preventive Maintenance of internal electrical installation & fans etc, of follwing area as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 52 etc as required.

Residential Quarter (9 Flats/block and common area)

Providing operation service and Day to Day upkeep of irrigation system on all days including Sundays and holidays as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 45, 53 and recovery as per provision of para 49, 50 etc as required.

Comprehensive maintenance (routine, preventive and break down maintenance) of E&M equipment of irrigation system comprises auto operated drip water irrigation system with Pumping set, valve, pipe line, Microprocessor based controller, remote controlled valves, Decoders control panel, solenoid valve, sprinklers, Filtration unit and control wiring and all other associated electrical and mechanical accessories etc. for one year including repair / replacement of parts/consumables etc. of residential buildings (Parcel of 30 Blocks) as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 54 and recovery as per provision of Para 50 etc as required. (Note: Only lateral and Sprinklers shall be supplied by Institute free of cost all other material consumable is covered in the scope of work)

Comprehensive maintenance (Routine,Preventive and Breakdown maintenance) of stage lighting comparising of electrical panel, motors and gear boxes for stage drapery, electrical panel with dimmers for stage lighting, light mixer, stage lights lamps, Motorised curtain motor,wire rope and complete assembly pulley, remote panel etc and associated wiring alongwith accessories installed in 1 no. 625 & 1 no. 325 capacity hall in block-1&2 of academic buildings as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 55 and recovery as per provision of Para 50 etc as required.

Operation and day to day maintenace, of E&M equipment of Water treatment plant (WTP), comprising of pump sets, valves, Sodium Hypochlorite and alum / PAC dosing pump sets, flash mixer agitator, clariflocuulator, multigrade pressure sand filter, air blower, instrumentation, electrical panel, relay based control panel and CWPS,WSC-II,WSC-III,2 No. openwell pumps of lakes,4Nos of Jalmadaps as per inventory with all other associated electrical and mechanical accessories in three shift (round the clock) including Sundays and holidays as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 45,56 and recovery as per provision of Para 49, 50 etc as required.

Comprehensive maintenance (routine, preventive and break down maintenance) of E&M equipment of water treatment plant comprising of pump sets, valves, Sodium Hypochlorite and alum dosing pump sets, flash mixer agitator, clariflocuulator, multigrade pressure sand filter, air blower , instrumentation, electrical panel, relay based control panel and all other associated electrical and mechanical accessories etc. This shall include the quaterly water testing of sample, as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 57 and recovery as per provision of Para 50 etc as required. Note: Supply of Alum/PAC and Sodium Hypochlorite are not in the scope of this item.

Operation and day to day maintenance of E&M equipment of sewage treatment plant comprising of pump sets, valves, skid mounted UF system, chemical dosing system, UF backwash system , UF reject / waste water system, UF permeate system, common UF chemical in place system, online UV disinfection system, electrically operated hoist, multigrade pressure sand filter, air blower and compressor, instrumentation, electrical and PLC based control panel and E&M equipment of RWPS, WSC-1 (For Academic) ,SPS-01 &2 as per inventory and Operation of all other associated electrical and mechanical accessories as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 45,58 and recovery as per provision of Para 49, 50 etc as required.

Comprehensive maintenance (routine, preventive and break down maintenance) of E&M equipment of sewage treatment plant, RWPS, SPS-01 &2 comprising of pump sets, valves, online UV disinfection system, electrically operated hoist, multigrade pressure sand filter, air blower and compressor, instrumentation, electrical and PLC based control panel, Ultrasonic type Level Transmitter, Displacer Type Level Switch, Electromagnetic flow meter alonwith accessories and all other associated electrical and mechanical accessories etc. for one year including repair / replacement of parts, supply of consumables (oil, grease, cotton waste, wires, insulation tapes etc.),spray painting of Pumps, equipments,MS structure and etc. as required. This shall include the efluent testing of sample as per additonal condition.This shall also include a minimum of Quaterly visits by qualified by qualified personnels who are thoroughly familiar with the type of equipment and system provided at site as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 59 and recovery as per provision of Para 50 etc as required.

Comprehensive maintenance (routine, preventive and break down maintenance) of programmable logic controllers, Pressure Transmitter, Ultrasonic type Level Transmitter, Displacer Type Level Switch, Electromagnetic flow meter alonwith accessories, Calibration of Meter once in a year installed in WSC-I, II, III, CWPS as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 60 and recovery as per provision of Para 50 etc as required.

Annual comprehensive maintenance of online UPS with inverter static/manual bypass switch, connecting cables, complete as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 61 and recovery as per provision of Para 50 etc as required. Note : Battery repalcement excluded from the scope of work

Providing services for operation and day to day maintenance of Electric Sub-station equipments including unitised/packaged Sub-Station, HT and LT panels, APFC panels as per inventory attached, 24 Hrs on all days including Sundays and holidays as per additional terms and conditions as required. Day to day maintenance of 1 No. 500 KVA and 1 No. 140 KVA, DG Set as per inventory attached on all days including Sunday and holidays as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 45, 64 and recovery as per provision of Para 50 etc as required.

Comprehensive maintenance (routine, preventive and break down maintenance) of passive cooling & kitchen exhaust system alonwith accessories installed in kitchen and dinning block of hostels,Beauki Hostel for one year including repair / replacement/rewinding of partss/consumables etc. as required. This shall also include a minimum of Quaterly visits per year by qualified personnels who are thoroughly familiar with the type of equipment and system provided at site as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 65 and recovery as per provision of Para 49, 50 etc as required.

Providing services for operation and day to day maintenance of passive cooling & kitchen exhaust system, Air washer units alonwith accessories installed in kitchen and dinning block,comprising of all components & equipments installed, including Sundays and holidays as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 45,66 and recovery as per provision of Para 49, 50 etc as required.

Comprehensive Maintenance of Sound Reiforcement system comprising Flying arrayble / ceilling or wall mount speaker, Flying arrayble Sub woofer, dual/single Channel power Amplifier, Audio DSP, Mixer , Gooseneck,Dynamic Vocal/ condenser over head and instrumental/ wireless microphones of Assorted size (as per inventory) for one year including repair / replacement of parts, including upgradtion of software,supply of consumables as detailed in Annexture -A as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para-67 and recovery as per provision of Para 50 etc as required.
