Yearly Repairing & Maintenance of various dia (600mm to 150 mm) M.S./ D.I. of Secondary Rising Main from GLR-10 at Nishchindapur of 17 nos. zonal OHRs of Mathurapur-1 Block jurisdiction under Mega Surface Water Based Water Supply Scheme for Falta-Mathurapur, South 24-Pgs. Dist. (for one year from the date of issuance of work order) [N.B.: - i) Details scope of work and rates and measurement will be made as per Annexure - I ii) Any maintenance work carried out which is not included in the scop of work in Annexure-I (enclosed) may be done considering rates as per currend PHE / PWD SOR./SE/SWC] iii) The total amount inclusive of all duties and taxes [i) Bonus @ 8.33% to be paid during Puja / Id-ud-Zoha etc.]. iv)Daily operation and maintenance by opening and closing all dia mtr. of Sluice Valves over the rising main as and when necessary and as per direction of Engineering-in-Charge or his authorised representative by engaging one semi skilled labour including cleaning the valve chamber, dewatering etc. complete. v) Daily wages of Valve Operation cum Guard to be paid as per minimum wages i.e. Rs. 487.00/ day within 7 (Seven) days of every month.
