GST/Service Tax Registration Certificate. Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities.

Achieved in at least two financial years in last five years 2020-21 to 2025-26 annual financial turnover of Rs. 120.00 lakhs . Attach Certified balance sheet issued by Chartered accountant, With profit loss statement
